- 100% polyester crushed panne, satin and knit mesh fabric
- Dress styled as short-sleeved jacket over skirt, fastens w/ Velcro at back
- Jacket is purple satin w/ lapels of white crushed panne
- Jacket has scalloped hemline, lavender piping & organdy ribbon trim
- Full gathered skirt is periwinkle blue satin overlaid w/ glitter-sprinkled white knit mesh
- Wings are white knit mesh on wire frames edged w/ purple binding
- Wings attach to dress w/ Velcro
