The form-fitting corset fastens at the front with a metal zipper and five faux leather buckles; over the left breast there is a folded-down flap with a red sequin heart appliqué. It has a panel of gray stretch knit at center back. The skirt has an elastic waist and a built-in petticoat of nylon net with two tiers of ruffled black lace at the bottom. The shoulder pads, which are connected to each other by silver-tone chains, are decorated with silver-tone eyelets and black piping; they slip over the head. The choker is is a bow tie on a narrow fabric band which fastens in back with Velcro™. The hat is cone-shaped with a small funnel-pipe cylinder on top; two hair clips are attached by small elastic loops.
